Will never go to this salon again. Lovely hair dressers are working there but unfortunately the salon is not managed well. Had appointment booked from months a go to have my hair tint done. The salon owner named Tony called me the day before my appointment (Sunday) at lunch to let me know that I have to reschedule my appointment as the salon will be closed for refurbishment next day. This was not even 24hr before my appointment. Going on holiday and I really need it my hair done, no salon will take me with such a short notice as they all require test patch prior the colour.

Visited No 9 for the first time. Wonderful experience! The salon is beautiful and offers complimentary drinks (I was particularly impressed with the mini bottles of fizz) and other gorgeous treats. I had Claire who was amazing. Iam quite fussy and for years have come out of various hairdressers, paying a fortune and feeling under whelmed. Claire was professional, listened to what I wanted and created a style and colour that I've always wanted but never got. Would now never go anywhere else. Thanks Claire!

Very unhappy with my experience. I found the stylists very unprofessional and the end results terrible. Walked out both paying £120 for my hair and feeling terribly unhappy.

Lovely salon, Excellent blowdry, fabulous staff

Terrible service. I have booked in for a wash, cut and blow-dry and he straightened my fringe because I mentioned that I wanted it even. He styled the whole hair and at the end, he made me pay for the styling too. When I got home I have straightened my hair and it was not even. I had to cut it myself. I am never coming back to that place again.

I have used this salon for decades and so have the older generations of my family. The staff are THE BEST at colouring hair by miles. Each member of staff is consistent in their profession and the service is always impeccable. I highly recommend this salon. Currently I see Courtney. She is as amazing at hair as she is nice as a person. I have cowslicks and unruly hair and Courtney's cuts always just fall into place. I wouldn't dream of ever using another salon. 11/10 .

Great ambience. Friendly staff, excellent service. Not sure about this man (probably the owner) he seems a bit grumpy, been there twice and he's been there too, just an observation/suggestion, wouldn't hurt for him to smile once in a while.
