Salon Central Ipswich

We went to ipswich branch on Friday 25th Feb for my 2 daughters haircut. Very very horrible experience 😞. Unfriendly staff.Very bad hygiene maintainance. Hairbrush is unclean , I felt really bad 👎. I will never visit again here. Front fringes did for my daughter is really bad. Waste of my 22 pounds.I am not professional but I did nice haircut for my daughters during covid time.1st visit after our covid period very bad experience ...

It came up on my memories that 4 years ago today i had a colour correction done at this salon, and my hair came back damaged, breaking, I lost my hair and now have a bald patch.
It has taken 4 years and help from another salon to get healthy hair again.
They didn't even offer me a refund at the time just a recolour as the colour was what I asked for, and I think this done more damage then good.
My hair shouldn't have looked like this coming our of a paid salon visit.

Would not recommend even 4 years down the line!
I want to thank the other salon for teaching me about caring for my hair.

This salon has put me off ever going to salon again.

Had 1st colour with Charley today. Very happy! Great colour & condition, very good cut. Charley is fab! Lovely friendly salon. All for half the price I usually pay. So glad I found this place! Thankyou x

Today was my first time at Salon Central, I had a balayage done and I am in love with it!! Purity is the loveliest stylist, such a nice person and did a very good job with my hair. I have thick hair which takes a very long time to do, but my hair was not rushed at all. Purity took good care and stayed late until my hair was perfectly finished. I will definitely be returning to this salon.

Very friendly, great staff. I have cut my hair here 4 or 5 times so far and they never disappointed me. Usually I show them a photo of the haircut I want (I have very short hair like pixie cut) and I always love the result. I like that they respect the appointment. I recommend the place.
