Wayne Hurr Hair

Popped in with my wife who was in seeing one of their top stylists. What I love about this place is that not only do they do great hair, they don't mind me waiting for my wife. Always a cup of coffee and a comfy seat to sit in whilst I wait. Staff are very friendly and professional, prices are about what you would expect from an establishment that not only creates amazing hair do's but really cares for it customers.

Had a complaint about Denise who works independently at Wayne Hair and not affiliated with him. Despite this Wayne and his team helped reach a satisfactory resolution between the independent hairdresser who operates in the premises and myself.

I would like to make it clear that at no time was I complaining about Wayne or his team who I am sure are excellent hairdressers and very professional.

I used to hate going, and never enjoyed the experience. Now, I actually look forward to being in the salon and getting my hair cut and coloured. Everyone who works there is superb and a real credit to the salon; this is how a proper hair dressers should be.
Great central location (I normally park at Ram Meadow), and well worth the price.
The products used are absolutely lovely, my hair feels wonderful afterwards!

I have dark black hair and my hair was previously highlighted then the highlights colored to about a caramel 8 months prior and I needed to get my hair toned so the blonde highlights wouldn't look so brassy. All I wanted was to get my hair toned, no hair cut. Can't remember the stylists name but long story short when I got home I had noticed she missed chunks of my hair that needed to be colored. Will never go back.

Managed to get an appointment last minute, and I'm so glad I did, Lauren ( I hope I got the name right ) was excellent, professional, fun, chatty and above all gave me an excellent cut, I looked and felt so much better on the way out. Thankyou, I'll be back.

My friendly local hairdressers. Several excellent independent stylists. Prices are average for the area and just a few minutes from the town centre. Good anti-Covid measures in place with sanitiser and individual screened work stations.

Outstanding professional hairdressers in Bury St Edmunds which is well established and well maintained. Always keeping me informed of times and availability. Highly recommended
