Just been there a couple of minutes ago. Great service the lady was so helpful, got everything i needed and very reasonable prices

Just got my hair braided by Soma (spelling? sorry if that's incorrect!) She was extremely kind, warm, and did a phenomenal job on my hair!

I love this place i rate it a five star it is amazing and they can braid so fast and are really kind and perfectionists

Had my hair box braided yesterday. Really friendly staff member completed the majority of styling, the latter was finished by the owner Soma. It's in a really good location in Oxford, easy to find with parking at a nearby council car park. Only issue is that it took a bit more time than expected. I've had box braids at a salon before and it has taken at least 1/3 less time, so this may be something to consider from a customer service point of view for the future. But, aside from time the rest of the experience was great - I was even offered lunch!

Shop not very well stocked, also not well organized. Many of the products were not individually priced.
The staff were un-engaged and the till not working. The shop assistant totalled my purchase on a calculator and I did not get a receipt.

I had a good experience here overall. I was double booked with multiple appointments and changed my hairstyle to accommodate. But I’m so glad I did! I love my hair. The lady who did it was amazing. She braided tight but not awful.
Hopefully booking in the future will be easier and sorted before I arrive. This is a Mohawk braided style!
