We were impressed with this salon, we took my autistic grand daughter there specifically because of their sensory room. My grand daughter is 5 years old and has never had her hair cut at all. We had been trying to figure out how to get it cut for a while, but we needn't have worried, my grand daughter was happy to go visit their special room & watch their TV. The place is amazing with sensory items, mirrors and car chairs around it, even I couldn't resist touching the walls 😁 the hairdresser was very patient and made my grand daughter's first hair cutting experience a positive one, so much so, she wants to go back. The pricing (to my mind) was incredible, excellent value for money, thank you ~ we will be back

I could of given the actual service we received one star but it would seem very unfair to do that to the man that was cutting hair, as he seemed lovely and welcoming and he had constant interaction with this customers that were there while we were waiting. There were three people in front of us and the female hairdresser cut my 9 year old sons hair. It was cut within minutes and she seemed very disinterested when I told her what he wanted doing. Not once did she interact with him or even say hello to him or me. As soon has he was finished she walked over to the till and asked for the £6. I gave her the cash and didn’t even get a thank you or goodbye. I won’t be visiting here again, I’ll continue to my usual friendly Turkish barber over the other side. Always friendly and welcoming and they always have a little natter with the kids. Worth the £10 for a better service and better cut.

Came to the barbers today with my son and Nicky cut his hair. She was fantastic with him interacted with him was patient. She cut his hair fantastic and is very cheap I’ve paid a lot more at other places and this is by far the best cut he’s had. I am so impressed with the customer service, the hair cut and the price! I would definitely recommend Nicky to cut anyone’s hair as she was very knowledgeable on what she was doing and clearly knew her stuff. Thank you again

I went to the shop today for a haircut. But I am very very dissatisfied. I gave the photo to a young staff member to cut it for me, she looked at the picture and said ok. But she cut too fast, 5 minutes. After finishing, I see that it is not the same as in the picture, the two sides do not have faded, only 1 style 0, the front does not create a shape. I want to tell you to reframe the way your employees work. And I’ll never come back your shop.

This is the 2nd time I've visited Pure Kutz Arnold, First time just before a friends wedding where I had Gareth. Great bloke, comical and a very good barber! Second time today I had a young lady, didn't catch her name properly when Gareth made a joke but had a good chin wag about the Christmas joys, a great young lady, friendly and a very good barber! Will be seeing you all soon for my next cut! 💪

My son struggles with having his hair cut so we are so glad to have finally found somewhere that is understanding of his needs. Fantastic experience and service, highly recommend!

As i cannot reply to my own review ill leave a furthur review. The owner probably had a bad day when i arrived with my autisitc children for their haircuts, the waiting room was full! of other clients waiting also. My autisitc children heard as did i comments from the owner saying 'thats some hair, how much hair have you got' and 'please tell me he'll have the clippers'. My children struggle with having hair cut, they have autism and sensory processing disorder!. What a disgusting set of comments to a set of disabled children, shame on you!. Yes the situation did play out like this, there was a waiting room full of people watching and listening!

Last visit for us today, 3 children with autism were mocked by the barber with continuous comments like ‘that’s some hair, there’s a lot of hair there, how much hair have you got, please tell me he’ll have clippers’…. Shame on you!
