High-Lites

Another fabulous appointment with Sharon today at Hi Lites. Looked after from the minute I walked through the door. Friendly and professional service and a great haircut and style! Would highly recommend 🤩

Poor. Had 2 cuts here that were a waste of money. They barely cut my hair with scissors but spent ages blow drying it. Both times had to be recut within a week. 2nd time had a fringe put in that was done badly and had long piece overhanging that had to be rectified elsewhere. Staff are friendly but in terms of cutting skill they are well below par. Would be surprised if anyone except the owner is actually qualified.

I return to High-Lites time and time again. They are able to book me in really quick, I can pop in for a quick fringe quick without needing to book, friendly and reasonable pricing. Keep up the great work ladies!

Always use this place for my haircut (male with long hair). Staff are always friendly. Prices are more than fair, and they always do a wonderful job. 👍✂️

My mom went booked her appointment there 1 day before a wedding when she was at the door the lady ran over and said oh the woman that’s doing your hair is not here so you have to leave Wich was racists

Also I was in there a few days ago waiting on my friend was getting her hair done and the lady’s wore talking about me to one another and made me feel so awkward and one lady kept staring at me trying to make me feel uncomfortable

I have recently moved to the area and was looking for a closer hairdresser and I saw the shop on the high street. Popped in to see if they could book me in for a haircut some time soon and was pleasantly surprised when they said they could fit me in then and there! The service was amazing, the salon was lovely and staff were very friendly. On top of all that my haircut was beautiful, I will most definitely be back for my next haircut with Sharon.

I have been visiting this salon for years to have my hair coloured usually by trainees wanting to get some experience and I have never been disappointed!
I'm always made to feel welcome and it is great see a local business giving youngsters the opportunity to get a qualification whilst getting hands on experience. Thank you and see you soon.
