Absolutely fantastic!! I suffer with alopecia and I am very self conscious and this problem didn't help. I came in from a recommendation from a friend and I'm over the moon with the results. I wasn't much help to the hairdresser as I couldn't make my mind up on style I wanted/needed. They was very caring and worked with me and the style they gave me I fell in love with! Thanks again I would highly recommend!

What a friendly, professional establishment! Easy to park, open and airy- and very approachable staff who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and confident in their work. I have been coming since they opened and have always had a good haircut.

My 12 year old son and I love going to Karen at Innovations. She's so professional, she listens to what we want, advises and does a really good cut.

Innovations is a very good hairdresser's all the staff are really friendly they always make you welcome, they make sure that you are looked after, the beautician is very good too.

My Mother has started to go here and I visited it to say thank you: They do a wonderful job for just £2.00 more than Mums last hairdresser. I couldn't believe the professional and INVITING studio they have created- its friendly, large and the ladies are quite humble and definitely try to be endearing- AND THEY SUCCEED!

Love going there, staff are great and so helpful. Moved away from area but always book when I am up from Folkestone, see the girls again december 21 hopefully. Prices good and nothing too much trouble and offer support and advice. Thank you x
