Wife took 10 year old daughter for hair trim and tidy. Shop's current policy, due to Covid-19, is to wash all hair before cutting. As it was a cold wet day my wife asked if they could dry the daughter's hair a little before leaving the shop. Total cost for this service £35!!!!!! (On previous visits paid less than £15).
