I have been a client at Zigzag for several years. Suzanne always does a great job of cutting and colouring my hair. At every visit, she listens to what I want and offers helpful advice. I always go home pleased with my new look.

Highly Recommend! I've been using ZigZag for over 10 years and have always received excellent customer service and experienced hair stylists that do a wonderful job.

On this occasion, I booked a 45 min Cut & Blow Dry online, last minute - and Fi had a slot available the next day. I desperately needed some TLC for my long split ends, the cut and style itself left me with fresh hair and a flattering style. Fi very kindly extending the booking to a 60 minute slot so that she could advise me on a specific product care routine that would protect my dry ends.

I have naturally red hair and have always avoided dyes, but sun exposure had bleached my hair in patches - Fi recommended a conditioning product that would give a little bit of natural colour back to the faded areas - and I was able to take the product home with advise on use.

All in all 10/10 and I shall be booking in with Fi again soon.

I went to see Emilie today with shoulder length, bleached hair, which was in an awful mess. It was brassy, broken and in a poor condition. After showing Emilie a picture of what I wanted, she consulted with me on colour choice and advised what could be done. I had the most amazing treatment and felt completely relaxed and confident in her hands. The massage chair was incredible and the coffee was great. Emilie couldn’t have done any better. The service was amazing from start to finish and she fixed my hair!! I left the salon feeling amazing and it was the first time I had been so excited and happy with the result that I felt like a new woman! I wouldn’t go to anyone else (having used a mobile stylist during covid). Emilie is a top first class stylist and an absolute credit to the salon. THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME FEEL BRAND NEW AND CREATING ONE OF THE BEST CUT AND COLOURS I’VE EVER HAD! Can’t wait to come back xxx
