What a super star... We desided to go away for a romantic weekend I phoned hair and beauty to make a booking for my wife, I was met with outstanding hospitality. When we arrived we was offered beverages etc very nice building my partners hair looks amazing she is sooooo very happy especially at a last minute booking.

The manager lady is so polite and friendly also very clean (corona vigilant) top marks for excellence

Please Emily do not spread lies and untruths about me as a person or as a customer. I have never been abusive to you or Hope in person or indeed online. That is not the person that I am.

This is wholly unacceptable to treat a good natured customer like this and I have photographic evidence of what Hope did. CCTV will prove nothing other than what I have said is true. I also have your atrocious messages to me on Facebook

It's a shame that you have turned this into a slinging match. Highly unprofessional and rude when all I wanted was a hair appointment and to leave happy.

Unprofessional. Abusive. Bad quality of cut/colour.

I have had the misfortune of having my hair coloured and cut here. When I broached the topic in store, the frantic and stressed hairstylist lied and said the colour around my face WAS done and it would show up in 2-3 days (magic perhaps?).
She must not have been paying attention when I asked for a fringe starting at (whilst pointing to) my cheekbone, as she instead gave me a bizarre and uneven microfringe.

The owner/ manager became abusive and aggressive when I discreetly and politely raised the issue via Facebook messenger. After days of this back and forth she has now blocked me; which is why I feel the need to warn others by writing this review.

It would be great to get even a small refund back for the services not carried out and the one which was carried out badly.
Makes you wonder how many others have been bullied by the manager/owner when they raise a concern about the quality of work.

Really lovely team, really listen to what you want and help you make best choices for you. Would highly recommend it! Me and mum love going to get pampered!

Every time I have visited the salon I have had nothing but an exceptional experience from the moment I walked in the door. All the staff are incredibly polite, friendly, approachable and professional. Hope is an excellent hairdresser who I trust with all my colours and services when I am unsure of what would suit me best. All the girls are brilliant stylists and put 110% into their work. Emily, Hope, Tori & Erin make a wonderful team. They all communicate so well. They make a cracking cup of tea too. Would highly recommend the salon.

From the time you walk in until you leave you are made to feel so welcome. The girls at the Hair and Beauty lounge are so attentive they just can't do enough to make sure you are happy with your service and the overall experience whilst in the salon. My stylist was Hope who was and always is an incredible.hair stylist. I got just what I wanted, Hope's knowledge is so good and she is always extremely professional, she knew just what to do to achieve the end result I wanted. I just love my new blonde hair style & the colour is even better than I could have imagined.

Emily .. is an absolute Star , She was amazing when I first walked into her salon nearly 4 years ago to dye my hair pink in honor of my Sister ❤️ (never done anything like it before 😳)
I had my hair done this week to a very high standard as usual and she did everything to make me feel fabulous .. I love my new hair and I love my visits .. it is always a happy and friendly atmosphere 🥰

Awesome hair stylist. I am always exstatic with my results. I would highly recommend. Greeted with a friendly service, smile and coffee. The atmosphere is amazing everyone gets involved in a conversation.The establishment is very clean and generally a nice place to be.
