Lovely local salon, made me feel very welcome.

Great hairdressers in Kinross. Mandy does a lovely cut and blow-dry, and this is the only hairdressers I have been to where the seat at the basin rises up and lies flat while you have your hair washed - it is bliss, and I almost fell asleep the last time! I have been to Mandy's twice and definitely will be back.
