Don't listen to the neigh sayers. The place is amazing value for money. My family have been pressuring me into using the services of this particular hairdressers for ages and while I continue to resit, I know quality when I see it.

Come here and you will be amazed.

The worst haircut I have ever had In my life! I look like leeloo from fith element its just awful. I went in knowing what I wanted I showed the hairdresser pictures of a fringe just above the eyebrows and I left with a fringe about an inch long and as for the haircut its awful very old fashioned and not what I asked for at all. Ladies please spare yourself the heartache and save yourself £26 because there are much better hairdressers in Merthyr.

Excellent service, daughter loves her hair cut. Very professional a d I'd recommend them to anyone. I'll certainly be going back there. 16 quid well spent 😊

I moved up to Merthyr Tydfil 3years ago and Visual is the only salon I have been to. I went there just to try it and have always gone back. They are very friendly, extremely talented staff and the salon isn't over priced. They are also great with kids. My 1&2year old have their little trims there with ease.

I am absolutely livid with this place. The way i was spoken to by the so called 'owner' was disgusting. I was asked if i was speaking english by the owner (who is not english hiself) and my hair was absolutely ruined. Was then told that rectifying it would be to add a dark back on which going to blonde and back dark was leaving me at square 1. To then be told i cannot have my money back as he has wasted £35 worth already. I then stood up and went to walk out of the shop to have the hairdressers cape ripped off me. I am absutely appauled with the way i have been spoken to and treated by the owner. Nothing against certakn staff who work there but the owner needs some serious work. I have now had to go to another salon to get this rectified due to his incompetence. This has already been taken further. Completely disgusting. Customer serbice skills leave alot to be desired.

Absolutely brilliant!! Thw staff were amazing down there. I would definitely recommend.

I booked in for a wash and a cut only received the cut and will be booking into somewhere else as it is not what I wanted. The back is cut all unevenly and the cut just didn't turn out like I wanted. Wasn't shown the back at the time didn't notice until I came home and washed my hair and used my own mirrors to look. Didn't really think it was worth the money either was at least a tenner more than anywhere else I had been for less of a service. Won't be back disappointed isn't the word.
