I love this Salon. My family loves this salon. We always leave with a smile on our faces. There’s such a warm friendly atmosphere and you’re treated like family.
Drew is amazing! My daughter and son are autistic and he has taken the time to build a rapport with them to make their experience a positive one. They love his creativity and his ability to know what they want from the little information they give. They ask for Drew! That in itself is a testimony to Drew’s character and ability to make them feel at ease.
He makes an awesome coffee too 😉

I had the most amazing encounter with the hairdresser James. He listened to what I wanted done to my hair and gave me the very best result, even better then I wished. He was an absolute delight to speak to, he made me feel very comfortable and was hilarious. I will 100% go back to him every time I need a cut. I would highly recommend James if you ever need something done to your hair.

Never have I felt so upset about my own hair which I love.

Drew was not very welcoming at all. He start telling me off about not coming into the salon more often straight away instead of making me feel comfortable. I felt very embarrassed as another lady was getting her hair cut behind us. He was very sarcastic. Whilst trying to act professional he was very unpleasant putting on my town. After washing my hair he asked what I’d like to get done, I said 1 inch as I was planning on going back for a bigger cut and also wanted to colour my hair- definitely not now! He replied in a very patronising tone trying to show me how much an inch is. I found this experience HORRIBLE and I will be telling all my friends and family and also work. I always get complimented on my hair and this experience will definitely need sharing I’d hate anybody to have a stylish speak the way that stylist spoke to me. When I eventually stopped biting my tongue and told him I know how much hair I’d like getting cut he rolled his eyes and looked back again in a sarcastic manner. Disgusting. The whole hair cut he was silent and didn’t ask if I was happy with the cut. Once my hair was all dry and styled, the stylist asked drew to come and check and under his breathe he said he has already checked, without asking if I’m happy? Absolutely the worse experience in a hair dresser. Never again will I visit this awful hair dressers.

Absolutely spot on from James! I came in for the first time ever and showed a picture of my desired hairstyle to try. James took the time to consult the best way for my hair, to then cutting it and then washing it whilst telling me about what he intended to do every step of the way. Great service, amazing chat and quality cut from him. Thank you!

First time I had my hair cut, coloured & styled at Guy Christian Cardiff & such a fab experience! Drew cut my hair & what a transformation! Jamie Leigh coloured my hair today which is amazing & the lovely, entertaining Gemma (as I was calling her 🤣) gave me a fab style!
A lovely warm welcome I received by all staff & so friendly!

Had my hair cut today once again by Sophia, she is amazing! So good at putting you at ease throughout, cut and styled my hair beautifully. So happy with my new cut and I couldn't recommend her enough! Thank you again Sophia! Can't wait for the next one already🥰
