WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO PUT ZERO STAR! Absolutely awful! Was told I could go a silvery lilac colour. She ensured me that my hair would go this colour. Double bleached my hair which made me have a burning scalp with a number of scabs that are now bleeding! The cut was uneven and dreadful, colour of my hair turned green and had slight bits of blue and uneven all over my hair! When I questioned them about this they said it's not that bad and laughter at me! When I asked if she would have this hair style she ignored me. Never admitted she was wrong. The only resolution was to wash the colour out and go home with bright orange bleached hair! I read a bad review and ignored but honestly! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! AWFUL

Absolutely horrendous. I asked for a trim. She cut off the length of my hair and cut the hair different lengths. My hair feels rough and matted. She cut out all the highlighted colour I recently paid to have put in. It will take a whole for the hair to grow back all one length. On the wall, she has certificate's saying she has passed a hairdressing course in China and she has ABH awards, what ABH of hair? I don't know what the standard is of hairdressing in China but from no on I will go to a British hairdresser as they have four year's training and can cut hair. I think you are jealous and spiteful and that you have purposely made my hair look awful and ruined the condition of it.

Unhappy with my cut. Wish I could get my money back, or that I'd gone somewhere else. Not flattering at all.

The one plus side was that the woman who washed my head gave a nice head massage. The fact that she then sat next to me and stared at me throughout my haircut was pretty unnerving though. They charged me more for a restyle as had planned to only go in for a dry cut, and have ended up hating it. Was not even offered a cup of tea. Won't go back.

Such an amazing hair salon. My hair was really damaged and badly coloured. They have done my hair exactly the way I wanted. I felt so comfortable, offered tea or coffee, relaxing atmosphere and lovely staff. My hair was with its best colour ever and the perfect cut. exactly what i wanted. Definitely coming back! Recommend.

I got a haircut today , and my hairstylist was named Yoyo.
She did an excellent job, was very polite, and understood my concerns about my makeover haircut incredibly well. She gave me the haircut I wanted. She did the same as I asked for curtain bangs with a front face cut and long layers without making my hair length look shorter.
The customer service is also something that I really like. Kuddos to her.
