This place has amazing customer care. It seems they hire someone just to take your coats and prepare the workstation. It's very efficient and well thought out. I don't know of another hairdressers with a digital customer management system that sends reminders and invoices and asks for feedback. It's very smart. On my last visit I even learnt they keep notes on each customers style in case the hairdresser toy usually have isn't there. Very impressive.
I've never been disappointed with a cut. The chat is friendly. And prices good. I highly recommend this place

Very friendly. Great prices.Modern. Lowri listened & discussed my cut then did my hair beautifully. Text reminders if you want them and can alter your appointment online. This was my first visit & I have already made my next appointment.
