Been going to this hairdresser for a couple of years. They listen to what you want and carry out your requests. Salon always clean and tidy. Staff pleasant and helpful. Prices are average for the area. I have recently moved to Rhos on Sea but still go back.
Still going regularly since lockdown ended. Through the mask wearing and temperature checks. Always felt safe. Great now things are getting back to 'normal'.

Wow a great experience at this salon , as an ex hairdresser it is never easy finding someone who can do my hair the way that I would do it myself if I could take my head off and put it in front of me ! but Teresa has done just that , friendly, listened and helpfull with hair that is menopausal and thinning , a superb cut and blow dry . I've booked my next 2 appointments already to take me into next year . Many thanks X

Never booked my date over the phone after being asked to come for a skin test.
Waited 25-30 min for skin test went away for 15min come back shop was still empty shop with 3 members of staff who stood there chatting while one drying hair.
My kids getting restless and my partner asked how much longer Nat is trying to say he was kicking off? When he simply wanted to prompt them as we need to be somewere by then. After that they finally decided who would do the test. Was asked to pay for childcare for my booking that was in two weeks from then.
I think customer service skill need to be improved, say to customers. ( for anything over 4 hours we will require half of the payment as we need to secure your booking as we have had people not turn up) not you need to pay for my child care for that dayor I won't book you in! Word for word you said that!
I didn't even have my purse and wasn't told over phone this is what will happen. I didn't have my purse, I asked for bank details to do a transfure and never got them sent to me. Rude, no customerservice skills and made me wait 25-30 min in an empty shop when they could see my kids and partner where getting impatient. I think this is a fair review Nat. I would understand if it was busy it was empty the other were doing nothing! the situation was unessasery. You blaming my partner for getting impatient after you kept us waiting for so long.i appoligised because you made me feel like an inconvenienc not because my partner asked how much longer and rightly so.
Bad first impressions to say the least.

Just had the best haircut and blow dry ever. Here for a week on holiday Teresa was very welcoming and professional and I would definitely recommend this salon. In fact I’ve booked in for next month for highlights and I’ll drive from St. Helens to keep this appointment xxxx

Tash is a brilliant hairdresser and styles your hair exactly as you request in terms of a new hairstyle. She puts you at ease, is very friendly and I recommend Hairaholic to anyone considering a visit. I decided to try the salon during my stay at the caravan whilst my husband was undergoing cancer treatment at Clatterbridge, it was easier to travel from our caravan than home for his treatment for several months. She is a great hairdresser and I hope to keep using her in the future when I move to Rhuddlan.

Theresa works miracles on my hair ☺️ such a lovely lady very welcoming and professional. She really listens to what you want. Can't fault this salon at all. Would recommend to anyone. Lovely coffee as well!!!
