Jade has been colouring, trimming and styling my hair for over a year now and her personable professionalism is refreshing. My trust in her is so that, I encourage her to blend a mix of colours of her choice. I have always been really happy with the result. The other members of the team work together with Jade in a seamless way that is really encouraging and demonstrates a very close and experienced team. Their product knowledge is informative and helpful, yet not forced. The decor is stylish and is leagues ahead of the norm for the area. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I would definitely recommend trying VIP if you are looking for great service and a professional result every time.

My fiancee went here today and they fit her in during a busy rush, words she said staff were friendly fab atmosphere and keith was amazing he did a brilliant job made her feel at ease and made good conversation. Very good prices there also, would definately reccomend

I have been visiting VIP for over 10 years now and I have never had any issues. All staff are incredibly talented and always make you feel at ease. My 4 year old daughter has always been weary of having her hair cut however stylist Keith put her at ease did an incredible job at cutting her hair and was patient with her needs. I have personally had colours and cuts with both Rob and Jade with the work and customer service always of a superior standard, they go above and beyond your bog standard local hair dressing salon. I thoroughly enjoy my day at the salon even with the measures put in place for the current covid19 guidlines. Keep up the good work guys xxxxx

Booked last minute yesterday after reading that they specialise in conditioning treatments , I explained that I had not had a hair cut since the first lockdown and I had brunt my hair on one side with straightness . I didn’t want to go above my shoulders but was happy to leave him too it , couldn’t see in mirror as there was a sticker in the way so couldn’t really see what he was cutting , then without heat spray put the hairdryer all over my hair and didn’t use a brush till it was dry . When talking I asked for a wave in my hair but ended up with curls , paid and left only to my horror to see its way shorter one side compared to the other , he didn’t even trim the burnt ends so am left with one side short than the other , would have have layers if it would have looked the same . Now having to go somewhere Seles to get both sides the same , really disappointemd

Brilliant colour and cut fantastic. The staff are brilliant, go out of there way to make you feel at ease.
Would certainly come here again well worth it. Fantastic .

Soooooooo friendly, talented and accommodating!!! I got the best perm of my life and had such a great time with the pleasant staff. Rob gave my hair new life and health!!!
