Reva hairdressers displayed the worst standard of customer service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

I booked my hair appointment over two weeks before the appointment date. I phoned an hour before the appointment to confirm the time of the appointment. At no point during the 14 days or on the confirmation phone call did they indicate there'd be a problem - or that they were indeed running late.

When I arrived, I was sat in a chair - and just forgotten about until I decided to leave. No one said a single word to me, no one touched my hair, asked if I was okay, if I had somewhere else to be or explained even explained they were running late. There was no standard of customer service present professional or otherwise.

I was just left to sit there for 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to being, before I decided to leave. I even got up, collect my bag, and walked out of there without anyone even noticing.

I'd avoid this place like the plague, they're a total waste of time.

Lovely atmosphere every time I go the staff are lovely most important my hair is always exactly how I won't it.

good cut, staff very friendly, uses colour without ppd's for those (like me) who have an allergy, will go again, pleased++

Could not recommend a better hairdressers!! Absolutely amazing, never ever been disappointed with the results. Price is amazing, and so are the people. I would recommend Lisa for a colour expert, especially if you’re Blonde.

All the staff are friendly and professional. Lisa is excellent, provides great suggestions and goes out of her way to ensure that I am happy with my cut. Very covid safe.
