As a regular customer I always look forward to my appointments, from the start I have always been made to feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this hair salon there’s always a friendly atmosphere, she listens to how I want my hair and never fails to do an amazing job.

I didn’t want to post this since it has been a couple of months since my appointment but i am still unhappy with how my hair looks because of my layered hair cut and am waiting for it to grow out. I will say bismwa is a wonderful women and i had a great chat with her. However my hair cut was not quite what i wanted. My hair before was quite long and i wanted to keep the length but have layers with face framing cut at the front. Although what i got was layered, it was done very poorly with sections of the back of my hair being shorter than the front of my hair (this is kind of the opposite to what i wanted- shorter framing cut towards the front as shown in the reference picture) and a lot of length from my hair had been cut off but overall it does look layered.

Wonderful hairdressers, will not go anywhere else. Lovely cut, caring stylist.Bismwa is such a lovely lady. Prices fab. They really listen to what you want. We are so lucky to have this fab hairdressers in Ely.

So very pleased with my new look hair. Would highly recommend.
