Skilled hairdressing...great cut..beautifully fitted salon. However, all the hard surface finishes made for a chilly and cold experience...despite the limited heating.

Tracey's reply below made a fair point...about my mid marking score..so I have amended it....it was a good cut!
Her response has made me reflect across my whole experience and I realise that it is possible that I was also succumbing to a virus or bug as shortly after I was really poorly. So, apologies for my mid mark...and I also plan to revisit her studio....will be booking when Studio opens tomorrow. Thank you for your response Tracey.

Tracey and all the girls makes you feel really welcome especially sky the salons friendly pooch who always greets you at the door and Tracey is a wizard with the scissors.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. It is always daunting going to a saloon for the first time but not here i felt comfortable and confidant from the start. The stylists listen to what you want and work with you to achieve it. I have had so many compliments on my hair it shows what a fantastic job Lauren did, Thank You so much.

Tracey is a great stylist, she’s professional and informative about hair care and styling. I have very fine hair and she always gives me tips on product etc.
I would highly recommend her.
