Had my first appointment last Monday with Kelly. I m terrified of hairdressers!!!
She was brilliant. Made me feel at ease and was very professional with the consultation. She didnt rush and made sure that we went through everything before she started colouring my hair.
I am very impressed and Kelly has a customer for life!!!!!!!

I have always had a great hair cut with Kelly for the last couple of years that I have been a client here. The staff are all so friendly. My daughter also uses the salon and Kelly has done an amazing job cutting and colouring her hair. We would both recommend this hair salon without a doubt.

Had my hair colour and extensions done at vision hair design. Aimee and her team are second to none. Always make sure you feel welcome, and the services they provide are fab.

Have been going to vision hair since last September having my hair cut by Amy. I booked an app last week arrived 15 mins before , Amy just saved as she was already doing someone's hair. After 25 mins which was 10 mins over my appointment time, Amy said i won't be long. She then started on someone else's hair and chafing to her stopping chatting again, another customer came in the also joined in the chatting mean while I'm still waiting. Nothing more was said to me and there were members of staff behind the counter just chatting and having a good time. I just found this so rude so by this time I was 40 mins over appointment time so I got up and went to the desk and said I can't wait any longer, and only then was i acknowledge by them. However it was to late.
I have gone elsewhere and will not be going back.
