Jane and her talented team have been looking after my hair for many years. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! A fantastic friendly and very professional salon, where customers come first and staff are continually trained to keep abreast of the latest hairdressing trends and techniques. I really can't fault it.

As a person looking for just a dry cut! I found this salon to be very expensive. You are not informed over the phone how they work out their prices. So for 15.00 I worked out in the end! You get a trainee! There are hairdresser levels. About 5. So if you want an experienced hairdresser you will pay 30 to 35 pound for a dry hair cut.

The 'receptionists are ignorant. Do not even acknowledge you have arrived. I found the actually hairdressers. At least one, any way will give you eye contact and apologise for the wait.

Once you are in the chair however, you do have undivided attention.

My issue is, prices should be explained to new customers at least and every salon should explain the level the hairdresser is at as in are they qualified or not?

For me, after 4 stylists and paying the bottom rate of 15.00 to 20.00 for a very easy dry cut. I will not be coming back.

If I pay 15.00 for a dry cut. I expect a qualified hairdresser

OH-MY-GOD I loved this place anyway as I've been coming here for years but to FINALLY be allowed to have my hair cut through this crazy pandemic has been a JOY! There is now a one way system in place through the spotlessly clean salon plus hand sanitizers everywhere but you also get your own box that has thank you sweeties (the best bit!) and disposable ppe plus a plastic face shield in it so absolutely no safety is compromised. The girls in there all take the safety aspect REALLY seriously but it's still lovely and chilled. Don't know if I'm allowed to mention names but the FANTASTIC Taylor always does my hair and I have to say she was as always AMAZING today. I LOVE HEAD OFFICE!!!!!!

I have my haircut with Chardonnay but every hairdresser here is excellent! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and professional. I was disappointed that I was unable to give a tip as were not accepting cash or able to add on a tip to a card. I really feel this is unfair to the hairdressers and feel management need to relook at this so customers are able to tip especially after months of being on furlough!
