I rarely give 5 star 🌟 reviews but this is deserved I had colour foils and cut and blow dry by Robbie who has been there since November and the manager. Amazing my hair was dry and lacked shine. Wow what a difference. The team are kind honest and nothing is too much trouble Thank you 😊

I would like to thank Rhiannon for cutting and doing a lovely job on my hair. She was very professional. The salon is very clean and tidy. You are always offered a drink. I will be definately be going back again.

I had a very bad experience at Gary Baddley hair stylists, all my Christmas and New Years are ruined now. Instead of a beautiful haircut my hair was cut like a boy’s and I feel like I don’t have any hair left. One side of the ear was cut shorter than other and it’s very uneven. All the negative reviews have been deleted from Facebook.
Unfortunately the manager did not offer a refund for the horrible haircut. They offered a free haircut when the hair grows back by more than 20cm and no earlier than 8weeks, but that is going to take a year possibly to reach that length and I’ll be left to look like this until then. Especially the hair will grow out in random parts which will leave me to do adjustments until the original length is reached which will mean more unnecessary appointments. I was offered one appointment in February when the hair grows out and no mention of January at all. The staff all looked unfriendly and the stylist did not even apologise for the haircut they gave me. I was left with a fact that nothing can be done, and the manager could not adjust it as well because it was cut too short. The single voucher for your service is a small fraction of my costs, as now my social life is impacted and I need to wear a hat and all the worry and nerves I have experienced from your service are horrible.

Fantastic experience and friendly staff. I totally felt at ease with Robbie and Eve, they were so kind and accommodating. I was so happy with the outcome! From start to finish my hair really had the full works and amazing treatment, with head massage. Robbie really listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and spent time restyling my hair to my exact desire. This really made me feel so happy and confident to return, after having many bad experiences in top city salons. Customer service was really exceptional and the dedication was really evident in their work. The price was great value for money too. I will definitely return! Thank you so much
