Great salon. Friendly staff and very welcoming
. There always seems to be a good vibe when visiting. I've had hair cuts and colours and in my opinion it's perfect. Good prices, and the staff will talk you through your needs at any point. Always offered tea or coffee too.

Very happy with them and the service Rachel normally does my hair, the staff are lovely and friendly have been going for a few years now.

Had a lovely haircut and blow dry today. I am not usually a customer of the salon but I was welcomed and my stylist, who I believe was the owner, really listened to my requests and gave me exactly what I asked for. I was very happy with cost too .I would recommend this salon and use again. Thanks.

We went to Hot Heads Friday to see if they could fit Carole in for a new hair
style, the Hair stylist had patience and understanding & Skills to give her the style she wanted ,when she came out beaming thank you so much Rachel

Made an appointment on the recommendation of a friend having relocated to the area - extremely happy with the service & I was made very welcome the atmosphere in the salon was lovely . I had an eye wax which was done promptly & effectively- my cut and blow dry was great exactly what I asked for - I will definitely become a regular customer

Dont reccomend.
Went for a haircut and asked the lady with long black hair middle aged for bangs and long layers. She goes to me "Its NOT bangs its called a fringe, your not in America" erm I always get my hair cut every 3 months and i always ask for the same thing.. nobody been so disrespectful to me like that when i ask for bangs..that comment was so rude esp when you were 6 months pregnant. .. Also SHE CUT MY LAYERS IN 5 MINUTES .. no smile no good customer service whatsoever.. she tried having a joke with me after she realised she was being so rude. Worst hair cut i ever got .. Well you know what they say.. You get what you pay for. Cheap service = rude customer service.
