YUME HAIR & BEAUTY SALONS - RHYDYPENAU

I have been to this salon twice. The fist time I had a great service when I asked for a haircut which is why I booked recently to go get another one.
I explained the hairstyle that I was after and the hairstylist said ok and started. When she started blow drying my hair, I had realised that she didn't give me the layers that I was after but I left it as I was still getting a haircut. I put this down to a miscommunication between us. I paid for the service and left. Because the hairstylist had curled my hair, and my hair is naturally curly as well, I didn't notice that my hair is not the same length on both sides. I have had others look at my hair and the right side of my head has shorter hair than my left side. There's a visible inch difference. When looked from at the back it is slanted. I am so annoyed with my recent experience. I wouldn't recommend. I will also like to note that I am a university student so the both times that I had my hair cut were in the same stylist category. I can't remember if I had the same stylist both times but I don't believe I did because the first time I went the hairdresser was much more talkative than the one I had a couple weeks back.

Excellent, as always. The cut and the colours (both by Susannah) are just perfect and the salon is super-friendly and welcoming. Can't imagine going anywhere else so thoroughly recommended!

I had spoken with Beth for sometime before the treatment so knew my experience was going to be great. She was very educational and informative about the procedure and put me at full ease. I was extremely pleased with the end result!

Rayjay is not only a gorgeous person but also super talented! I am very happy with my new hair, will be visiting this lively, lovely salon again (and I must add... They were a lot more reasonably priced than I had previously assumed... Shhh 😉)

Gwen was lovely and friendly with both my 4 year old (who went in with crazy wild hair and come out looking super lush) and 8 year old who had a wash cut and blow dry. We will be back thank you 💫
