Sarah did an amazing job today to correct a bad color job made by another salon. The result is fabulous. I am very happy and highly recommend Sarah and Serendipity salon in Abergavenny. Very talented and professional.

A wonderful place to feel pampered. The staff are great, I always have my hair done here. Very easily accessible.
The salon is always spotless, with many lovely plants around making it almost like a home from home. I cannot recommend Serendipity highly enough 😊

Fab haircut and style and staff friendly too.

The person that cut my hair was rude and made me feel bad about myself. Sorry my hair isn't model quality! You should go away from having a hair cut feeling good about yourself and not the way I felt; which was a shame because it was a decent cut. I wouldn't want to go back based on professionalism.
