I just have to say my daughter is autistic and doesn't like doin anything with her hair and it was her 1st time at any salon today and Claire was so patient and understanding with her made the experience better than expected which made my daughter a little less stressed defiantly a 5* from me and wud urge anyone with children with additional needs to give them ago if ur child doesn't like hairdressers
