First time to Chantelles and was not disappointed. Donna gave me an excellent cut & blow dry. Lovely friendly experience have definitely found my forever hair salon 😁

Ive had to leave a 1 star in order for me to leave this review, i wouldnt even give 1 star, My mum took my little boy here today to have his hair cut, on arrival the lady asked what would you like, my mum replied 'short back and sides with a zero at the back' whilst in the process of blending it in she then cut his ear where he had to hold a tissue for it to stop bleeding, she finished and then asked my mum is that okay when my mum asked her to cut more of the top, she then proceeded to ask was his mum here as my mum told her it was never normally that long on top, my mum replied no just leave it. This little boy is autistic and takes alot of building up in order for him to go and get his hair cut, this has now scared him to get his hair cut again my little boy arrived home and she had also cut the back of his neck, ive never in all my years of taking my children to the barbers ever known them to be cut never mind on more then 1 occasion its absolute shocking from a so called barber! I will always be happy to pay for a service however if I was there today I would never of paid the £10 my mum had paid!! Avoid this place at all costs!!

Always happier leaving as the salon has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Always get the style I want at a great price.

Very friendly staff that look after you they follow the covid-19 guide lines always offer you a cup of tea or coffee while you wait always happy with results been back for another haircut always great results and such lovely staff

My partner Paul has been coming here for years ....Sue and Donna are both amazing, they are so friendly and I actually loved my hair cut, found my hairdressers for life. Totally recommend Chantelles xx
