I got my hair done here, a cut and dye.
At first I was pretty happy with it even though the cut was nothing like what I asked for and they made me feel bad about me wanting to get my own hair colour back because the lady thought it looked bad. I ended up with a different colour but it looked nice.

2 months later my hair hasn't got the colour properly anymore, I expected it to grow out, from the top, but the bottom has no colour anymore and the top still has some so it looks absolutely riduculous now.
When I contacted them about it I got told to come in, but I can't, I already waste tons of money of them and I am not wasting more to be able to get there. The last message I send them they completely ignored as well so I most definitely am not happy and will not be returning.
I would suggest that if you want a good hairdressers, also one that doesn't pull your hair out of your head, than you should stay away from this place.

Been coming here ages for my own hair exceptional service each time from all staff but especially Lauren! And my brother had his done today very shy and they made him feel welcome and made him look fab :) thanks girls

At the beginning of May this year I booked a cbd and specifically asked about a graduated bob cut. Was reassured this was a very capable cut by the stylist.. the stylist was a lovely lovely lady, & so we’re the other staff members.. however, it’s now early July and I’m waiting still for the cut to grow out enough for it to be corrected. The worst example of a graduated bob I’ve ever seen. Had the cut many times and the disconnection shocked everyone who saw it. Awful awful cut even though I gave pictuuto show what I was looking for. It’s a shame because the stylist was such a lovely lady, however, she is evidently out of her depth even with styles that are over 20 yrs old yet still trending. Sorry.. great staff, nice salon but I’ll never go back

I came today for a treat to myself after a busy Christmas with 4 young children. I booked and got an appointment within 2 days which was amazing. sharon did my hair and she made my day such a lovely friendly lady. My hair is looking great too highly recommended.
