Recently had my hair cut here for the first time. Nice, friendly, local salon, and I was very happy with the dry cut I had. Prices are very reasonable, too, and easily as good, if not better, than the pricier salons in the city centre. Will definitely visit again. Recommended.

Poor timing, the place holds the customer up for more than 15 - 20 minutes. when the customer arrives early or on time.
If the customer misses or failed to turn up dual important event's to attend, and the customer makes a new appointment, the person who cuts the customer hair 'punish' the customer in a way to take the piss by cutting the customer hair with a level 1 rather by customer wishes a level 4, and leaves a small bald patch!

Had an amazing experience..after visiting a previous hairdressers who messed my hair up I was abit embarrassed by my hair..i went to Tracis and they were all so wonderful and my hair looks amazing I can't believe it and it was so cheap!!! I've recommended to family and friends!! Defo 5 stars
