I went to a different salon and had the most awful experience. I grew my hair so there was plenty to work with. I showed the lady plenty of pictures of how I would like it and it was nothing like i wanted. I got home and cried!!! I then came across this salon and was impressed with how friendly the receptionist was so I booked up with stu who did a fantastic cut and I'm so super pleased that I've booked my next two appointments. It was excellent and all the staff are very professional and friendly. The salon is super clean and everyone wore face coverings. Its the perfect cut and I would highly recommend it .

Katie did an amazing job on my colour. I've never been blonde before and I'm really dark naturally.. I absolutely love it. Kirsty did a great job of tidying up the last cut which I wasn't too happy with. Leah did the cut the week before and it was nothing like I wanted, was running 45 minutes late for my appointment and was disappointed. But safe to say Katie and Kirsty did a fantastic 5* job. I miss Ben though and there is no comparison to his cuts..

Amazing salon, had my hair cut by James, he has amazing skills and talent, always makes sure my hair is pristine and styles it better than expected.
Customer service is second to none and the team are friendly.

Staff are nice & friendly which is always a plus - but above all the hair cut and colour knowledge is excellent. Would recommend travelling for, and if you’re local then all the better!

I cannot thank Sarah & Karris enough, I’ve been going to the same hair salon for several years but just recently I’ve felt more of a burden to them than a customer, my hair colour wasn’t taking and they told me it was my hormones. A friend recommended Burlesque and suggested I give them a try before I gave up on being the colour I love. From the minute I walked in to the salon the team couldn’t have been more Helpful. Sarah talked to me at length about the issues I have been having she explained what she was going to do and regularly checked the colour to make sure it was taking which it was. Karris came over to explain she would be cutting my hair and again we talked throughly about what style I was looking for. Sarah continued to check the colour once my hair had been cut & dried. All the team were lovely and friendly and I walked out on cloud nine feeling like I’d been pampered, the advice they both gave for how to look after my hair was really helpful as well. Thank you so much I will definitely be back

This is our fourth visit to Burlesque and me& my daughter absolutely love it ! Sarah Coltherd and Amber are amazing , as are others who are all professional and friendly . The atmosphere is fantastic ! I would 100% recommend it .

I have been coming to Burlesque for several years and love what they do for my hair. Dave cuts my hair with great skill and care. Their hair colouring is also perfect for me. I feel they treat me and my hair with great respect and care, and with excellent results.

Absolutely loved having my hair done here, Karris made me feel very chilled out- she understood how nervous I was about getting my hair done and calmed me down a lot.

I loved the team work in burlesque- my service was not meant to be as long as it was but they all took their time, were very gentle with my hair which I appreciate as I’ve found I generally come out of salons with migraines after having my hair prodded and pulled at 😂.

I’ve gone from bleach blonde to dark hair with blonde money pieces- I insta messaged Karris the day after getting it done and asked for thicker money pieces- she has booked me in for today not even 24 hours later.

It’s so professional and customer service is like no other that I’ve received before I would 100% recommend to other people especially those that are nervous about changes to their hair!
