Just come out from a treatment by Sunni Woodward. Had bad pain in my back and shoulders for weeks, Sunni really gas just given me an amazing treatment

Mostly offer a very good service, staff are generally very kind and helpful. However I was late for my appointment today by less than 10 minutes (my fault of course and I admitted it) and they couldn't give me a haircut because they had someone coming in at 10:00am. That would mean my haircut was only supposed to take 15 mins (which is a less than it would normally take) and when I arrived there was already another person there so there was no way I could have had a haircut. The most annoying thing was I booked this a month in advance (which I never do but was encouraged to do) and now I can't have my hair cut until after Christmas. I was late of course but was hoping for a little leniency.
