Total Look

Had an appointment to correct a colour done elsewhere. So so happy with the result. 100% effort put into making my hair beautiful again. The service I received was second to none!!!!

The most expensive salon in Monmouth. Do not waste your money here, especially if your booked with Pat and if you want your hair to look like it was done with a grass blower. I enquired why Pat wasn't using a nozzle (hence my frizzy hair as the end result) Pat may be the owner with 40 years experience but perhaps for the purple rinses and perm group, not for modern hairstyles. There's a reason nozzles are used Pat!!!! Very rude because I didn't like her job including the receptionist. It's my hair, I know what I want and need and it certainly wasn't you! Had to go to another salon the next day and they were half the price with a more professional job.
Ask for one of the more talented and up to date younger hairdressers. Or seek out another salon. Don't waste your time or money, seriously...don't!

This hair salon is a lovely friendly place , super clean and high quality products.
Pat has been the owner for 40 years but has now sold the business. Pat was the one person who gave me the confidence to return to hair dressing salons after an unfortunate experience at another salon. They have always treated my little granddaughter like a princess 👑 also doing her hair beautifully . My daughter and I love going there.
They may not be the cheapest salon but they are warm and friendly, they cut my hair beautifully and I can’t wait for my appointment in a weeks time

I like everything about this salon. The reception team is so friendly and welcoming, and Leona, who cuts my hair, is great. Looking forward to a colour soon, and I am sure I will leave feeling fabulous.

Great grls that are here working but the lady that cut my hair made a little bit of a mess of my hair unfortunately but nice salon all the same.

I had a cut and style by the wonderful Tina. Honestly can't praise her enough. The atmosphere was so lovely and I felt totally comfortable. I had attempted to cut my hair at home which didn't quite go to plan this time...Tina saved the day and gave me a very stylish shaped bob It's beautiful! Thank you :)
