Five Guys Worcester

I love Five Guys but this branch doesn't seem very good. We ordered a Hamburger and Little Bacon Burger and large fries but the little burger had no bacon or sauce and it seemed more like a medium or even small fries. They were also extremely slow; we had to wait about 25 minutes even though there were very few customers.

nice but the food on other hand Worst burger ive ever had. Honestly i was so excited to try five guys and was so disappointed in the taste, look, everything. The milkshake was lushhhh but everything else, fries & burgers(even though you get loadsss) was just horrible. 1000% not worth the money. The burger was just pure bland and tasteless. £29 for 2 burgers, 1 reg fries and 1 milkshake. Me and my partner are hugeee foodies but wont be going back here again unfortunately.

A vegan friend of mine wanted to come here after a work night out. Never thought I'd see him in a fast food place. Loved the fries, it must have been closing time or near, as we got loads in the bottom of the bag!

What is the point of selling bacon 🥓 if you are not adding it to the burger?

Good quality burger to be fair. It's expensive but worth it. Restaurant was very empty when I visited but seemed busy with online orders, which meant I had to wait for my food. Good thing it was freshly cooked 👍

Excellent customer service. Delicious freshly cooked food. Burgers fries so delicious especially vegetables one. Food preparation place , Floor, tables & Men's room spotless clean. Only suggestion is background playing music should not be so loud. Darren and 3 other team mates very good in team work. Well done you guys. Five guys are usually really good but be careful eating here if you have any allergies or if you don't eat pork. I asked for a cheeseburger and got a bacon cheeseburger, I don't eat pig and haven't done for years so this is very disappointing. I had a refund but no compensation.
