BBQ Express (Ilford)

Great food as always. They also deliver now but unfortunately i live in sourh London so delivery wont be necsessary. I always get the peri peri chicken with rice. Good quality food and car parking after half 5 is free. Various of milkshakes real tasty and refreshing. 5* perfect

I would definitely recommend BBQ express gourmet beef burger which was really nice & tender. The chicken was fresh and flavorsome and sides were nice too.

Beautiful food peri peri chicken comes delicious every time. Service is spectacular such friendly staff and great choice of food and milkshakes. Will definitely visit again

Had lunch , there was smell in the grilled wings , staff has replaced with chicken piece but that was not even cooked properly and no taste at all. Gourmet burgers there was smell in it. Chips were cooked in a at least one week old oil.
Yes drinks were nice like Pepsi cans.
Owner came to ask how is food like I gave him a same reviews on the spot he just only said sorry and will give u discount next time did not even take any of my details I will never go back and I don’t recommend this place.

Took over 2 hours to arrive? Called up the restaurant - guy said they’re busy. There are busier restaurants like Manjaros that provide exceptional service & less waiting times.

They really need to improve.

Not only that - food isn’t great.Garlic bread I ordered was soggy & wet - ??? Not sure how that happens? Driver arrived and was so moody I was shocked. I am a pleasant person with drivers 1 greet them & ask how they are. He threw the food at me & walked off. If you’re having a bad night - don’t take it out on a paying customer lol. Do better.

Absolutely rude behaviour of the staff food was uncooked and cold. Staff replied to us do not come if you dont like the food . To prepare the food for 6 people for 35 minutes it was a massive order for them

I loved BBQ express when I lived in Stratford but this one is so bad!!! Every time I’ve ordered it has taken 1.5-2hours for a simple pizza to arrive. When you call they say it’s on its way, they can’t even tell who you are and where it’s going. Badly run and shouldn’t have the franchise name.

Dixy food dressed up to look better quality and double prices. Disappointed in the prices .. nobody should pay 2 pound for 1 pound dixy chips. Same brand though. Never again
