Loaded Gourmet Burgers and Fries

It looked quiet so I stopped in for some eats while I was in the area. Burger was lovely, loaded skinyy fries were delicious, can't fault it enjoyed the whole meal, well cooked, arrived fast and tasted delicious. Will definitely return.

Very filling and wholesome burger, quality is on point, just what you're looking for in terms of delicious burgers the way it should be! This place has been around for ages and the food speaks for itself. Portion sizes are very generous and the atmosphere is comfy and cool. Definitely recommend for your burger fix! I ordered the Americana burger with hand cut fries and the texas bbq wings which were sweet and crunchy.

This is really a nice place, great burgers including choose-ingredients-yourself, very tasty fries (multiple versions) and a nice industrial look inside the restaurant. And affordable 😉

Ah man, this place was so awesome.
Very good burgers. It is very good concept to build your own burger , order it , and enjoy. Food was not over priced. Service was good. This is a place where I will go again if I ever visit GB again.

I could spend ages trying and I wouldn't be able to find anything negative to say about this place and their food. Staff is great, quality of the food is superb and it's been like this every single time I went there. My tip: add beef to the nachos, you'll thank you later

Since opening their quality has been a bit up and down but they have really hit their groove now (and definitely more consistent too). Would recommend their burgers or waffle meals in particular - good place for the kids for a treat!

I'm a regular at Loaded and was extremely disappointed after my last visit. We had ordered a B.O.B and classic burger and found the chicken to be very spicy to the point where we left with burning stomachs. We raised this issue with one of the waiters who queried this with the manager and we was simply told that this is how all their burgers are made. However, since I have been a regular at Loaded for the past 4+ years I've never had a burger spicier than this. I was more disappointed by the fact that the manager did not even come out and check the food after we complained, but was simply told by the waiter that all their burgers are made like this and left (basically a slap in the face). As shown in the pictures the chicken patties were dripping with chilli/peri-peri seasoning and our complaint was completely disregarded. Very poor quality of service and not something I'd expect after being a regular for so long.
