Prime Burger at ExCel London

I wish I read the reviews first....
Horrible, absolutely cold, no sauce and overpriced... why is this place even open?
How difficult is it to make a burger??

The bun was dry, the cheese was cold straight out of the packet, never even got close to the grill. Mustard mayo was replaced with a tiny splodge of just yellow mustard. Bacon flavourless and cooked to death. Even with two sachets of ketchup the whole thing was just a dry, luke-warm at best, tasteless rubbish. Nothing close to the picture.

This would be an insult for £5 at a burger van, at £13 it's a joke

Genuinely foul. £8 for a greasy, chewy meat puck that would be a disgrace at a discount supermarket, on a cold basic bun with a scattering of lettuce and a flavourless tomato, bereft of sauce. Had stomach problems within 20 minutes of eating. Does not serve tap water.

Overpriced and the quality of the burger was dreadful, as for the bun it was pure stodge, also the fries were way too salty. I think the only way this place survives, is because it never has the same customer return twice.

Please don't waste your money. I LOVE burgers and was so disappointed in this place, just tasted like mustard and a pickle. Over priced. I would have been much happier with a MacDonald 99p burger. Service was as bad as their burgers.

Absolute scam.

Do not go this place. I ordered govnor burger which supposed to have tomatoes. I was informed that they don’t have them so i asked instead to add extra pickles that is part of burger to. They charged me 1.20 as an extra order and burger still contained only 2 pickles. Despite that the burger is horrible. Cheese is raw, not even heated up. Bun is same. Bacon overcooked and cold, hard. Not worth 1/3 of the price paid. Total scam

Food was nice, burger was tasty and chips crispy. Quickly served with no worries at all. Although Very expensive for what it is, but it is similar to the rest of the excel food prices.

Maybe the management or the owner of this place should read some of the comments 🤔 and try rescue the business
This is London Baby the Bar is very High and the standard is London one of a kind standard
I'm not going back defiantly and I don't recommend you go

I visited this place 9th November 2021
