I came here when staying in Guildford with work. The service was online for delivery or click and collect.
I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich a double bacon cheeseburger and large Cajun fries with a Diet Coke. The portions were a good size and the burger and fries we’re amazing. The prices are a bit steep tho it was £20.50 total. Will return

Great place to chill. Lots of varieties, generous food portions, reasonable price. I loved their option to mix n match your milkshake. I had chocolate, oreo biscuit crumbs, peanut butter topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream. It was absolutely lip smacking and moreover it lasted until I climbed the mount in Guildford 😅. Good customer service and less waiting time.

I think they misunderstand what a smash burger is. Burger bun was completely squashed like It was purposely done. The food has flavour but for the price there really needs to be quality control. Seems like students who don't care are running the place which is fine in maccies but not when a burger is £10 each.

Very overpriced and the burger was bland, very bland! All I could taste was the toppings and a slight hint of burn. I shouldn't have to add salt and pepper to a burger, for the love of meat season the things! PS: in response to a previous reply on the same point, the juices won't "season" the burger if there is no seasoning to begin with! What nonsense!

First time in London, nice city but even nicer is this restaurant!

I was walking around, looking for a place to eat. I wanted some dirty fast food, and i found this!
It was my first time in five guys, and let me tell you, marvellous!
Nothing like Mcs or Burger King. The quality is amazing, it full fills the desire of fatty food and at the same time you not even feel guilty because the ingredients are so fresh!

Cherry on top the super funny and charming people working there! Love you guys!

The vibe and energy of the place was really nice and the tables were being cleaned all the time.

Unfortunately I can only give positives about the place and not the food.

The hamburger (for ~£9 and not including fries) consisted of two patties equivalent to what you might find in McDonald’s for a fraction of the price and well… they didn’t taste of anything… it was soooo bland.

I don’t know if I just got a bad burger but the only thing giving my food taste were the mushrooms and pickles. Really unfortunate, I’ll not be back, MUCH nicer burgers for the same price or cheaper elsewhere.

Fries weren't hot, the burger was tasteless. Most of the cheese was melted into the foil wrapper. Best thing was the milk shake.
