Silver Saints

I am so happy to have this company to call every time I need something fixing. I've had three different Silver Saints over so far and each one has been so professional and done a brilliant job. I've now got one Silver Saint who has done numerous jobs including strengthening our whole top floor by sistering the joists. He did a brilliant job. Such a relief to get such a good service time and time again.

We have used Silver Saints for a number of years and have always had excellent service. For this job Mick gave us great advice and addressed some long standing issues in our apartment, so we really appreciated his expertise. He was super responsive and really cared about getting the job done for us. Mick is a gent and we couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I use Silver Saints a lot these days, perfect for fixing issues from plumbing to electrical and other general work around our rentals and our own house. Always nice guys and the work has been great. Make sure you have steps at home as they don't carry any on their motorbikes.

My husband dealt with the Saint, who worked on two jobs at my elderly mother-in-law's home. He affixed a key safe outside the front door and a bathroom related task. My husband said he had a very good experience with the Saint, who was most professional, polite and friendly. We have been pleased to know the Saints for a good many years and have never had anything other than a good experience

Silver Saints did a great job at my place replacing my sash window cord: the job was super clean and took around half an hour to complete. Highly recommended also because they do not rip off their customers like other companies for such a small job to complete!

Eugen and his colleague did a great job, efficiently and professionally. Eugen even noticed an additional small job that he did within the allotted time.

Buyer beware. This company will charge a “survey fee” of £42 which wasn’t pre agreed or notified of, before doing any work, if you happen to get a handyman who turns up unprepared. I had small job with sofa spring clips needing repairing. The Saint turned up late and had no idea what the job was despite explicit description and photos given prior. He then said he didn’t have the clips needed and left after 10 min. I then got a surprise invoice for a survey fee of £42. This was with no work being done. Have complained and asked question which were completely ignored. Their response was to send me the invoice again and I am now being bullied into paying. The actual job would have only taken 10min and will end up costing £100. They could have easily resolved this but instead have displayed the worst customer service and complaint handling process I have ever experienced. Silver saints you have now lost a client.

MONIES TAKEN WITHOUT CONSENT. Invoice for job was in dispute due to sub standard works as well as disregard for personal property. Silver Saints however have used bank details previously provided for alternative works to settle a disputed invoice.

External door was not correctly fitted, PPE discarded over terrace as well as other waste, damage to ironmongery ,along with other poor workmanship issues.
