Friendly staff, good range of products at low prices. Have been using their Click n Collect
fairly regularly without any hitches.

Ordered a builders bucket via click and collect, the website was showing 20 in stock, when I arrived they had none in stock. This has happened before with a different branch, Toolstation seem to have no idea what they have in stock, my advice is to go elsewhere

Absolutely awful service.
Since last year, service quality in this particular store is getting worse and worse.
As a trader, I always order online and do collection as it is much quicker for me - in theory.
The older aged staff there, which should be more experienced, can't even cope with getting your name right.
Almost every time I'm there they have some problems with the online orders
In the last three days, my first online order went missing, so I have to wait there 15min .
Second time, the member of the staff (guy, approx. 50 age) cannot get my name right even after a few times so I even spelled it out for him multiple times, and he still insisted that he cannot understand me, hence I gave him my order number, and after this he insisted rudely that he doesn't need that and again asked for my surname. I'm really sorry but I do not have to shout my name on the front of other customers (and this is not happening first time!).
I'm a customer of Toolstation for years now (South Ruislip, Watford, Aylesbury), this particular branch is on my way to work, so it was convenient for me to get the materials from there.
But I suggest to everybody -go to the Screwfix located few meters away-
they have absolutely great service. This is what I will do from now on !
