Great staff, more than willing to go the extra few miles to find something that might not be readily available. Great outlet, great staff and a credit to Battersea and, having just visited today for a door lock, staff again went the extra mile to match what I had so that it worked properly. Great attention to detail as always.

Never had a smile in that shop from the man who is shop owner he is a bit rude and always like he is in a bad mood the rest of the staff are friendly and nice

Awful experience. Ordered 2 products and I call the company within 14 days and am told I can return it for a full refund. I then email the company and am told as it is over 14 days I will be charged 15% as a service charge. I explained that I called and spoke to a staff member. I received an email from the company claiming that I never called them as there is no record of me calling. Absolutely awful and I will be raising this further with PayPal. Absolute con for taking 15% and then for thinking that I lied about me calling the store.
