First time visit ( and only because lockdown meant my normal DIY megastore closed). Great advice given to a novice DIY person like me . very good range... but what I didn't expect was the value they offer. I bought 750ml Dulux Once £11.60... 4 weeks later I found exactly the same product in my local Homebase for £17! Pretty much your perfect local DIY store - and I really recommend them.

If you are reading this review, just go and buy the thing you’re after here. How annoyed are you going to be when one day you need something from here urgently and they’re gone because Amazon. Every neighborhood needs a hardware store and these guys have never let me down.

Opens at 9am. I have been here since 8:50 and it’s now 9:05 and still no sign of anyone. Perhaps new staff required for your store? 9am is a very easy start time for someone to be late to open up means they are lazy, I have a job to Cary out and now being held up as your store isn’t open

Very helpful and knowledgeable, an old school traditional shop with everything you could possibly need for diy.
I would rate this shop over the larger chains.

A traditional hardware shop that stocks everything you need, from key cutting to paint & brushes, to tools, ladders - you name it & they’ll have it.

Very helpful knowledgeable staff. If you can’t see what you need, just ask, they probably have it downstairs.

Highly recommended.
