Traveled over from Wimbledon to get house hold produce that not even tooting offers
The most helpful of staff made my visit all the more enjoyable.

Went in for cable ties. Wednesday 6pm.
No staff apart from one which was useless.
And just one cashier.
Keep this up you won’t have customers to staff.
I’ve had my fill.

If the any item you are looking for is not available at this branch, they will check stock and guide you to another convenient branch to visit. Friendly staffs:))

Some staffs are not very friendly.
They chat chat chat and made customers being ignored by them.
Some are more than good, of course.

Sold items are not filled straight away make me frustrated when I visit to buy something but nothing in there. They always say that goods are coming few days after.
However overall I love Wilco. ❤️

Unfortunately the item I wanted was out of stock , staff were helpful,

The Wilko shops look like they are about to close down or struggling to get stock. Look around and so many of the shelves have very little or no stock at all. Can never find a staff member when you need one. That's not just in my local store but in other stores within travelling distance.

Comparing to other Wilko stores this has less products,on my last visits I had to wait a long time to pay as it was only one till opened,most of the shelves empty

Good Wilko. Better than the one in Kingston as their shelves are actually stacked full. Good prices on all sorts of household products.
