Shop 4 Less Hardware & D.i.y

Very Over priced and accused me of stealing!! Just cos I didn’t want the highly priced item and I was verbal about how expensive the shop is. No wonder it’s always empty!! Avoid!!

Really dishonest man. Upsold me an item which was faulty and then refused to refund even though it was faulty and within 3 days of purchase.

Terrible service. Got two keys cut which didnt work. When I returned them the shopowner refused to refund me because I hadnt brought the keys back within 24 hours. Rude, unfriendly rip off merchant who makes the rules up as he goes along.

the nicest guy ever. he helped me a lot and even helped me cut my shoe insoles! i will be back for sure! thank you again!

Avoid. Paid over the odds for something rather than buy from the internet to support my local shop. Had parts missing, so asked for a refund. Shopkeeper refused and tried to sell me the parts that were missing even though they should have been included in the first place. Rip off.

Overpriced with no real knowledge of his products. Tried to short change me. Pity, as we really need a good local friendly DIY store.

Very good service, he gave me the exactly screw driver I needed £3.99, and did not try to rip me off or anything like that, quiet store fully stocked with all different types of hardware, not necessarily best quality but very good service and prices,

Neither friendly nor helpful. Cut a key for us that didn't work and wouldn't replaced it.
