Toolstation Ruislip

I popped in earlier to buy some various items, and thankfully an employee named Ania was there to help me out, otherwise I would have been hours figuring out what I needed. She was honestly one of the friendliest and most helpful person I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I felt like I was getting some kind of VIP service.

I was served by a very helpful and very pleasant female called Ania. Her customer service skills were excellent. This store had all of the items that I had seen on-line and identified that I needed. 5/5 Ruislip Toolstation 😊 And many thanks Ania 💖

Excellent! Make sure you get served by Vita and you’re sorted in less than 2 mins. Rest of the crew also very helpful, quick and accurate. Best place for well-priced every day construction gear. Highly recommended!!

Ania has been a good member of staff and has been extremely helpful over the time i have attended tool station. She is self motivated and demonstrates great customer service skills her general knowledge in all aspexs of building materials.
