The shop owner (I believe he was the owner) was extremely helpful to this American traveling abroad. My laptop charger fried & he got me a universal charger, found the connector piece I needed & even secured it with Electrical tape to insure I didn't lose it or take it off. He went well beyond expectations & I truly appreciate his help!!! I highly recommend this little shop for anyone seeking a knowledgeable DIY shop.

Needed a pair of keys cutting for a 60 year old sports car. National chain quoted £20 per blank & two weeks delivery - the guys at W1 hardware found the right blanks from their collection & ran up the set within minutes, along with a promise to recut if any issues (as the locks & originals were old and worn). Needless to say, the keys both work perfectly, and for a fraction the price of the chain.

10/10 experience - came to cut two keys, left 5 minutes later with copies done. Work like a charm, killer deal for 7quid/key. Can recommend. +open on Sunday too

Amazing place. They have everything! And they are so helpful. The shop is like a Tardis. Somehow they managed to fit an entire B&Q inside two floors near Oxford Circus. Big basement downstairs with a wide selection of paints. Key cutting. Tools. Wood. Zillions of bulbs. Mouse traps. Hooks. Pencils. Cleaning products. Glue. Everything! Highly recommended.

I have been shopping from this hardware shop for many years. The service I receive from Siamand each time. I come here is beyond words. Siamand knows everything and the prices are reasonable for Central London. I would recommend this hardware shop to everyone.
