Popped in quickly as a matter of urgency as water pipe broke and needed a connector to fix it. Rude Member of staff told me he is here only to type in catalog nr and collect payment when asked which one would be the best to use. May as well order it online and what's the point having sales staff when you could just Argos it...

In a customer service role, when you turn up for the job you know there will be a few challenges. Customers will not know or care if you had a bad day. So don't be patronising or showing attitude when serving people on the counter. I appreciate it's a bank holiday weekend and you may want to be elsewhere but serving with a smile goes a long way Samina. Arguing with customers and showing your frustration is not a Toolstation that's you.

Always very helpful , if the things you need are not in stock , they can order them and quite quick to get them for you , plus always good prices

Went in for some gutter sealant and looked everywhere but couldn't find. Found a store employee who was most helpful and took me to the exact shelves and showed me the range of products with some explanation. Said if I needed anymore help to just ask. That's what you need in stores like this, will definitely come back.

Went there to find out if they have heaters the Romanian girl ordered for me and she give me a free book as well. Great costume service 👌 👏
