I purchased 7 bags of Mapei self levelling compound. Having specifically measured the volume, I needed a further 1 bag a day later. The assistant manager refused to honour the +3 multi buy discount. I could have ordered 3 more bags and then returned 2 against the original 7 bag order? The computer / manager said no, very frustrating.

Excellent service by present staff, attentive and willing to help. Let down by out of stock items and, most worrying of all, prices of many tools are cheaper at the parent company B&Q for exactly the same item. Weird.

I went in to pick up an order, & whilst there enquired about a product I could not find online. The girl went out of my way, to try to help me, but to no avail. Informed me, it may be a seasonal item, so thanked her very much for her help, & left. 🤓

Really friendly staff, actually got a smile on their faces. Though they did wonder how you get 2M trunking in a small convertible. Seriously, nice staff, helpful, efficient and a nice store too. Thanks guys 👍

Visited the Westley branch today and was served by Linda the branch manager. I honestly couldn't have received better service and I was really blown away by her effort to go above and beyond. The team she was with worked quickly and efficiently and overall was such a great example of excellent customer service and leadership.

We will know Screwfix is great but the Bury branch (this is for Westley) is excellent, staff really really helpful and friendly. Happy to show you items before you buy, a really good place. A1
