Whenever i visit and have to purchase anything the staff are always lovely and friendly as well as helpful.

Thank you Callum for helping me out a couple of weeks ago. As I walked into the store for the 1st time I sat a young man barely out of school and thought he wouldn’t be very helpful. This young man was not only polite, friendly but very helpful he helped me select all the items I needed and nothing was to much for him. Quick service & nice store.

ordered my sanding belts for same day collection. as i was at work all day untill 5:00pm drove for 45mins to the toolstation to find they were closed at 5:00pm even tho on there emails and text and on there website it says they are open untill 8:00pm!!!
a heads up to your customers that you have coming to your store would have been nice.
what a waist of time!!
will not be using them again for personal or for my business..

I was served by the Manager Neil, at Toolstation, Stafford Road. He was very helpful, professional and supportive when I was struggling to buy a part for the kitchen which was not available at the time. Thanks Neil. Evelyn

You have to update your online website. Paid for grinder and they order it for next day so i can pick it up. Csme in next day , they said not in stock. So needed to wait for manager who gave me refund. I needed that tool for work. So i just waste my time .

Extremely slow service, only one member of staff actually serving customers. Ordered click&collect for speedy pick-up, only to have to wait in store for half an hour.

Toolstation itself is brilliant , there is a young Short girl working in there who is miserable, no thanks or hello.

Makes it look like shes doing us a favour , i will try to see name next time and update.
Get rid of her and very good toolstation.
