His pleasant demeanour allowed me to shop with confidence and purchase the correct part first time... so we went back later and bought more plumbing parts to complete the job.

Visited toolstation a couple of days ago and was treated very well, no ques served quickly and staff interacted with me and my idle banter.
I was also introduced to John who talked me through obtaining trade credit facilities and about what toolstation can offer. i will be thinking this all through and certainly enjoyed the visit although time was limited.

Great friendly service from Will. He was only person on counter and it was very busy but he coped very well under pressure. Always recommend this store as everyone who works there are friendly and helpful.
